Lazy Day Pool and Spa was founded by Chris Ward who currently serves as President/CEO. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Quality and Process Improvement. During his service as President of Lazy Day, Chris has delivered an average 500% annual growth record and one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the swimming pool Industry. Chris remains involved in the management of each new pool construction project.

Chris was the founder of Ward Realty Consultants, Inc which he sold in 1999. Chris served in the United States Marine Corps from July 1989 to July 1995 during which time he served in West Africa and Southeast Asia. Chris received an honorable discharge from the Marines as a Sergeant.
