Lazy Day Liner Support Technician

This is the entry level position for a Lazy Day career track in vinyl pool remodeling.  The Liner Support Technician will be trained to do liner “cut-ins” as well as various other tasks associated with providing support for the remodeling crew.  No experience is necessary. Lazy Day provides all training.  The Liner Support Technician reports to the Director of Operations.  The Liner Support Technician is promoted into the Junior Liner Tech role.

Lazy Day Junior Service Technician

This is the entry level position for a Lazy Day career track in pool service.  The Junior Service Technician will be trained in the Lazy Day Way of providing weekly pool service to swimming pools within the markets we serve.  The Junior Service Technician reports to the Group Lead and is responsible for maintaining a route of 50 pools on a weekly basis.  Additionally, the Junior Service Tech is responsible for growth initiatives contributing to the growth of the Lazy Day Service routes and will receive training in the proper implementation of these initiatives.  This position is paid a base salary plus a performance pay structure.

Lazy Day Customer Service Rep

This is the entry level position for a Lazy Day career track in administration and customer service.  The Customer Service Rep answers phones, schedules and dispatches Lazy Day associates, and assists in various administrative roles within the organization.  This position is 90% home based!  This position is paid a base salary plus a performance pay structure.

Lazy Day Sales Rep

Learn to sell the Lazy Day Way.  If you are a people person…this might be the spot for you.  This is a performance based compensation plan…so you can make a lot of money if you are a high performer.  If you have already been a high performer while selling in another industry you will most likely do very well at Lazy Day because we teach you everything you need to know AND because Lazy Day is the highest value (by far) in the markets we serve which makes selling a breeze.
