A 7-year-old standard pool liner will be faded white below the waterline and will have lost almost all of its elasticity which will soon lead to cracks, puncture holes, and rips. A fade-free pool liner maintains almost all of its elasticity (stretchiness) even after 7 years. So we we think its a good bet your liner will last a lot longer than 8 to 10 years as do standard liners. Also, think of all the money you will save on chemicals over the year.
